 Helping growers gain efficiency and profitability through nutrient application 360 Yield Center develops tools that improve the efficacy and efficiency of plant nutrient and plant protection products.  Our team of agricultural industry leaders in agronomy, engineering and product development work to unlock the potential in every field by managing the availability of nitrogen through the year – from harvest through late season nutrient application. The three-year old company has defined and implemented new methods of nitrogen management that has quickly been adopted by leading corn growers across the Corn Belt. The drive that led the Sauders to develop new planting technology over the past 20 years, drives the vision of 360 Yield Center today. The farmer is at the heart of everything we do. And, our team is focused on finding and developing new farming methods and technologies to capture more yield, and ultimately returns, for farmers. As a Sales Account Representative with 360 Yield Center, you will be responsible for account management, training, and achievement of overall sales goals for 360 Yield Center dealers.  We are looking for a sales rep in two separate regions. One in Southern Indiana/Ohio Region and one in the Iowa Region. Role and ResponsibilitiesTrain Dealer's in 360 Yield Center systems sales approach.   Enable thorough and comprehensive insight into products FAB's and agronomic principles behind products and performance advantages.Build 3 year strategic business plans with Regional Dealer's in network, including growth goals, customer acquisition, customer growth and retention, as well as Dealer developmentThis sales role involves education of growers into 360 Yield Center products and agronomic principles behind products.  Presenting and leading Dealer grower meetings will by key to success.Face to face interaction with Dealer's and their customer base.  This can be defined by both one on one contact as well as planned customer eventsManagement of overall sales budgetAccurate and timely forecasting Qualifications and Education RequirementsAssociates Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business or related field.  BS Degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of professional sales, agronomy, account management, or applicable experienceStrong Leadership historyHistory of results orientation and business acumen Preferred SkillsStrong sales skillsSolid agronomy backgroundStrong communication and presentation skillsExcel and Word competencyDesire to “be in the field” with dealers and customers Please indicate which region (Iowa or Southern Indiana/Ohio) you are applying for when submitting your resume and cover letter.
