Provide business development, product training, and sales support to outside distributors of Company products Ag Concepts, an established and fast growing company, is looking for a superstar that can be developed into a member of our Distributor Support Team. We are looking for top producers only to support and train independent dealers of our company’s products. When you have gained expert knowledge in the company, the business model, and the products, you will be asked to train new independent dealers. You will be their primary source for knowledge in business management, sales and product knowledge. You will be helping new dealers become successful small businessmen.Start $50,000 to $65,000 and more per year as you help outside distributors grow their business, with growth to be expected to reach six figures.Duties include: Training independent distributors on best business practices, acting as an accountability partner to distributors, cooperative sales calls with established dealers on new and repeat product users, presentations to groups of varying sizes, following in-field testing and results, and training customers on Company’s products. Travel will be up to 50% with most occurring in the first six months of the year.
