This person will work as an Agronomist both on the technical side of the business as well as help growers by making recommendations while in the field. This sales opportunity will have access to fertilizer, seed, and chemical. The ideal candidate will start by going over the existing fields that are managed by the operation and will have the ability to expand the business to new customers as well. They will develop and grow crop protection and nutrient plans as well as do some mapping of the fields within the company all while keeping the client in mind to expand. The ideal candidate is in a sales agronomist role currently and has at least 3-5 years experience in the position.
