Main responsibility will be to determine the demand for products and services offered by the company and its competitors, and identify potential customers. Will also be responsible for developing pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the company's manufacturing profits or share of the market, while ensuring customers are satisfied. Will also oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. Other duties will include: formulating, directing and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with the Marketing/Graphic Designer, direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and inside/outside sales reps and oversee their daily activities, monitor, analyze and communicate monthly sales data, create and use sales forecasting and strategic planning, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends, select products and accessories to be displayed at trade association show, resolve customer complaints, work with the President to determine price schedules and discount rates, advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures, prepare sales quotas and revenue goals, represent company at trade association shows, confer with potential customers regarding product needs and advise products, and generate team spirit in the work environment that fosters the highest level of cooperation. morale, and satisfaction.?ALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
