Position Summary The Sales and Production Coordinator, GPTN Hull and Fiber, will help manage administration, as well as participate in inside sales, production, and project-related duties associated with Golden?s Hull and Fiber operation.
This role will also focus on production analysis and related planning activities as well as, administrative planning, strategic planning, and inside sales and business development.
The position reports to the Director of Hull and Fiber.
Carry out tasks related to logistics, customer service and administration.Assist Director of Hull and Fiber with strategic planning and projectsAssist with Hull and Fiber employee development and customer serviceCultivate and maintain relationships with customers (internal and external)Promote and develop Hull and Fiber marketsRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences as necessaryCollection and analysis of data relevant to and in support of the business and market.Assist with preparation of communication materials including presentations and other documents as necessary.Maintain records to support business activity. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is requiredMust demonstrate good attention to detail and be results oriented.Two to five years of related work experience is required.A proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as decision-making skillsIndependent decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to develop solutions in a logical and systematic way.Excellent communication skills emphasizing listening, writing, and speaking succinctly, clearly and effectively.General knowledge of technologies, business methods, best practices and information systemsExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks, assignments and projects simultaneously without direct supervisionDemonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Experience in Sales, Merchandising preferredProficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in excel and power point is required.
