Sales Effectiveness Manager
DuPont Pioneer currently has an opening for a Sales Effectiveness Manager in West Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Western KS.This position is responsible for the planning and implementation of Sales Effectiveness: Territory Planning (coverage) for seedSales force development (focused on new sellers) to increase the overall effectiveness of customer service by agencies and field employees, to drive profitable market share and sustainable growth for their assigned areas. Guide overall strategies, tactical execution and coordination across functions with the Commercial Unit and ensure strategies are consistent with the overall US/CA strategies. Develop and track execution of 5 year plans that support assigned areas. Work closely with Commercial Unit Finance on the development and management of New Points of Sale and Equipment Budgets.Provide sales training and development for new sales personnel Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Ag-Business, Agronomy, Business or Marketing. Will consider other degrees with related field sales experience. At least 5 years experience in Ag marketing, sales or sales management. Project management experience preferredApply for this job.
