Sales Effectiveness Manager
The Sales Effectiveness Managerwill be responsible for the planning and implementation of Sales Effectivenessfor the regional seed brand in to support the multi seed brand strategy forCorteva Agriscience. This role is responsible for leading territory planning andsales coverage, growth thru brand specific tactics aligned with Cortevainitiatives, and Sales force training and development. The purpose of the role is to maximize sellingresources within the regional brand to drive strategic growth by identifyingareas and geographies of opportunity and maximizing sales employee and point ofsales coverage. Develop and execute overall strategies,tactical execution and coordination across functions within the regional brandand ensure strategies are aligned with the overall Corteva strategies andobjectives. Responsibilities include, but arenot limited to:- Provide direction for point ofsales plans and programs- Develop and implement strategicgrowth tactics using market data and competitive intelligence to driveincremental and profitable volume growth- Partner with Regional SeedCompany leadership and field teams to identify key development needs to focuson training efforts for all members of the sales team and points of sale- Determine the tactical executionterritory planning, growth tactics, and training for the RSC Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree in Ag-business,Agronomy, Business, Marketing or related area or equivalent sales managementexperience. 5-7 years experiencein Ag marketing, sales or sales management.Apply for this job.
