Sales & Marketing Development Representative

Stoller Group, Inc. is a customer oriented agricultural company that creates exceptional value through innovation and knowledge. This position is responsible for the promotion, sales and marketing of product to assigned customers and dealers within a specific territory. This position will engage in the sales, management, distribution, collection and servicing of dealer and customer accounts. Additionally, this position is expected to promote and support company products and programs at all major company functions including, but not limited to grower meetings, trade shows and annual international conference. Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships and work directly with growers to create pull-through demand through our dealers and distributorsPerform direct customer sales calls utilizing company programs and literatureDetermine customer needs by asking questions, listening and responding promptlyConduct service and troubleshooting calls for customer and report all findingsCoordinate marketing and training activities with dealers, growers and the companyManager orders to maximize sales and efficiencyFocus on retaining and growing sales with existing customersActively recruit new customersAssist and support other Sales & Market Development Representatives when requestedAssist in collection of accountsShare market knowledge with supervisor through verbal and written communicationsIdentify and resolve customer and dealer challenges in a timely mannerPursue continual personal development and learning opportunitiesPerform administrative functions as required to maintain efficient and effective salesIdentify, recruit and train new dealersEducate, coach and motivate dealers to sell, service and grow Stoller USA’s businessMaintain thorough knowledge of products and services in order to educate both dealers and growers on the benefits of the products and how to use themYearly sales expectations will be set by the Regional Zone Manager or General ManagerPerform other related duties as may be required by the Regional Zone Manager or General Manager Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Ag Science or related field requiredCCA preferred1-3 years of Agriculture retail experienceMust possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record as determined by the company’s automobile insurance policyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Share point and Oracle experience preferred Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift/pull/push up to 50lbs.
