Sales & Marketing Manager

 A nationally recognized manufacturer of industrial ventilation products and equipment for agriculture,industrial and commercial applications is in need of an outstanding individual to fill a Sales & Marketing Manager position in the Midwest. The opportunity gives the right individual the ability to work in a company with a family environment. The individual is not limited to their job description as the right individual will be able to wear many caps within the company. Relocation assistance is provided with this opportunity. This position would require checking into a central office daily and residing in the area. Must relocate to the company's home office in the Upper Midwest. To be consider for this role you MUST have sales management experience.Experience/Background Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree/Senior Management role (3-7 years of experience)• Strong background in the Agricultural Industry is highly preferable• Ability to relate to producers in the Ag Industry• Comfortable with having a hands on approach while visiting farms• Technical & Ventilation background preferable, but not requiredDuties/Responsibilities include but not limited:• Develop pricing strategies, balancing the company objectives • Work with other supervisors/management to identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.• Overseeing a team of sales individuals • Budgeting, forecasting, supporting product lines• Meeting with dealers, attend trade shows, along with training & coaching employees• Will require 20-40% travel, with planned travel as an option  Apply or contact Jordan Evans at jordan.evans@gogpac.com if interested or to inquire about other agricultural positions.GPAC (Growing People and Companies) is an award winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States over the past 25 years.
