The foundation for this is a strong team that brings specific application, industry and market knowledge in order to understand the diverse markets where we build trusting and satisfying customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts in your own territory and meeting BASF specified targets by creating value for the existing customer base and prospecting for new customers with products, services, and/or solutions from BASF.Formula for Success Leveraging your educational and professional background in a Sales capacity, you will develop a business plan to segment and target retailers, distribution and key influencers, developing short and long term customer action plans and anticipate/respond to market dynamics.Your strong application, industry, and market knowledge within the diverse markets we operate in will be a valued asset as you conduct product updates, trials, technical and sales training to growers, retailers, distributors, and influence groups.Successfully engaging across the organization, you will participate in district, regional or national cross functional teams and provide timely and accurate administration and communication of customer needs to others in the organization.Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will submit timely reports required to identify opportunities, emerging threats, and competitive activities.Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer YouAdding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
