Sales Resource Coordinator – Diamond V
Position Purpose & SummaryThe Resource Coordinator provides assistance, administrative and sales support to the North American Business Unit. This includes multi-tasking, organization and strong communication skills.? Must demonstrate success in accomplishing tasks and duties independently and on time.Principal AccountabilitiesInclude but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.40%- Major tradeshow management ? coordinate space, booth design and set up, hotels, attend and work the booth.30% – Successful coordination and execution of team meetings, producer meetings, customer visits, field?meetings, interviews, new hire training, etc., including: ? ? ? – Coordination and preparation of all materials to be developed as handouts including: invitations, brochures, schedule of agendas.? ? ? – Site selection and handling of contract negotiations for hotels and hotel rooms, meeting rooms, catering needs, etc.? ? ? – Assist with development of ideas for team meetings as well as branded merchandise and literature.? Participate when needed.? ? ? – Registration, coordination and assistance to Diamond V sales and field tech service personnel to/with industry events.? ? ? – Follow up with group/visitor/individual requests after meetings, visits, etc.? ? ? – Coordinate schedules and agendas for candidate interviews and new hire training.? ? ? – Provide assistance in the field on an as needed and as requested basis.30% – Responsible for tracking and paying all team invoices and ensuring all billing is correct.- Manage the promo request process:? ? ? – Fulfillment of requests.? ? ? – Work closely with accounting department to make sure checks are sent.- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database?? ? ? – Participate as member of the CRM support team.? ? ? – Assist in training and understanding of CRM with the NA Field Sales Team.? ? ? – Responsible for helping maintain the accuracy of the CRM database including updating and maintenance of account and contact information.- Assist in planning, coordinating, maintaining and tracking of team budgets to insure consistency in business plans and expenses.- Serves as a liaison between the NA Field Sales team and the HQ Marketing team:? ? ? – Assisting with creative briefs.? ? ? – Working with the teams on booth graphics, direct mail, etc. to meet deadlines.Relocation assistance will not be provided.?Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.Skills:
Required Qualifications-Two year college degree (or higher) with?2+ years of experience in administrative office support?OR 4+?years of experience in administrative office support?- Proficient in computer knowledge and applications.?- Ability to verbally communicate clearly and concisely as well as the ability to write clearly to compose marketing and business literature.??- Must have excellent skills in spelling, grammar and syntax.?- Ability to set priorities, organize work effectively and work with a high degree of accuracy.??- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet time deadlines.?- Must be highly dependable.??- Positive outlook and friendly disposition for dealing with customers, visitors and co-workers.??- Knowledge of business planning process and marketing programs.??- Ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information.- Considerable amount of physical activity including standing, walking, climbing, reaching, squatting, kneeling, bending, sitting, carrying, pushing, pulling, gripping and twisting.- Requires lifting up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.- Good vision is required in order to take measurements accurately and read detailed printed materials.- Requires above average intellectual ability and good judgment to deal effectively with a wide range of problem solving and trouble shooting activities.- Adequate hearing and speaking abilities is needed to communicate above high noise levels.- Travel required up to 10% of the time.
