Position Overview: This is an in-office sales support role responsible for managing assigned accounts and providing support to support 3+ Climate Business Managers directly throughout the season. This group is the main point of contact forinbound, outbound emails and phone calls relating to activities in their Climate Business Managers territory. What You Will Do:RelationshipsDevelop relationships with Climate Business Managers and key dealers in your assigned territories to solve problems, deliver solutions and target sales opportunities.Work with sales team to identify opportunities for dealer engagement and help execute business initiatives.Coaches dealers on how to interact more effectively & efficiently with the Climate platform to improve productivity, optimize value, enrich account selling skills, increasing product satisfaction while enhancing dealer loyalty.TrainingAssist with sales, dealer and customer facing special projects as needed by other teams within Climate (Science, Product, Marketing, etc.). These projects should all tie back into assisting the sales team and strengthening the channel and the brand.Provide training and guidance to Climate Business Managers on: Salesforce, marketing funding programs, tableau reports, marketing materials, etc.Operational/Account ManagementAssisting Climate Business Managers in analyzing their business by providing reporting, targeting opportunities that will influence sales growth.Prioritize top dealer accounts by Climate Business Manager to effectively deliver enhanced Climate Support, provide direct product training and assist with upselling user accounts.Work with dealers and/or internal stakeholders to make sure all dealers have a completed Climate Sales Agreement.Order/Program ManagementWork with dealers and/or internal stakeholders to cleanse grower order errors.Submits PPI and refunds per user, dealer or sales request routing through appropriate approvals. Understands supply and shipping status of Climate products related to their assigned accounts.Support assigned accounts in understanding sales and market funding programs.Product KnowledgeKnowledgeable about all Climate products, features and current offers.Becoming an expert for a specific area of focus. Train employees on that area, meeting with key stakeholders and work on key projects.Process/ProcedureAbility to identify process improvements in searching for more efficient ways to accomplish personal and team goals and then sharing successful ideas with others.Log all inbound and outbound inquiries in Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting of volume and documentation of issues.Keep all team documentation and reference materials up to date.Follows escalation procedures when necessary. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:1-3 years sales support and/or account management experience BA/BS Degree requiredAbility for limited travel Preferred Qualifications:Agronomic knowledge Fluent in French for Canadian customer support Self directed with strong initiative Effective planning skills Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment High degree of results orientation Capable of having sensitive business conversations Ability to build strong relationships over the phone Able to work independently and as a team Project management & problem solving skillsProven follow up skills and drive to provide high level serviceStrong interest in agriculture and desire to bring improved productivity, sustainability & increased profits to farmersWhat We Offer: Our teams are composed of industry experts, top scientists, and talented engineers.
