The intern will work on the Sales Strategy Management Team, which includes Portfolio Strategy, Category Strategy and Shopper Strategy, and will focus on three project areas to deliver on key business needs: Finding key insights and applying a recommendation on a current business issue Supporting the Shopper Marketing team on development and execution of key retailer programsLeading a cross-functional project The individual will be ambitious, hard-working, detail-oriented, adaptable to day to day challenges and solution-oriented.Key Accountabilities: Partnering with Brand Intern to work on short and/or long-term commercialization strategy and plans for his/her brandPartnering closely with the Retail Sales teams in the field and with the teams in headquarters (Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance)Define clear and specific Sales Fundamentals (assortment, merchandising, pricing and shelving) strategy for his/her brand that will enable the Retail Sales teams to win at their respective customersDevelop ready-to-sell stories and materials that translate our portfolio and commercial strategies and enable the Retail Sales teams to sell effectively Ensure that all the Sales/Customer insights are incorporated into the company's planning processAnalyze customer data to interpret market trends and make recommendations to meet sales goals. Lead the creative brief development and execution for Shopper Marketing projectRequirements Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree programKnowledgeable working in Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel & PPT.Proven ability in analyzing data from a variety of sources and being able to identify patterns/trends in the data to form conclusions and recommendations Analytical/critical thinkerDemonstrated ability to think strategically to create ideas and solutions to business opportunities and challenges Demonstrated ability in developing plans by employing analytics, critical thinking and solid arguments to influence Retailers on Category initiativesFamiliarity with the 4 C's and how to leverage them (Category, Consumer, Customer & Company) and 4 P's (Product, Price, Place and Promotion)Solid written and verbal presentation skillsComfort working in a team environment with leaders across all levelsDemonstrated ability in developing plans by employing analytics, critical thinking and solid arguments to influence Retailers on Category initiativesFamiliarity with the 4 C's and how to leverage them (Category, Consumer, Customer & Company) and 4 P's (Product, Price, Place and Promotion)Flexibility to evolve in a dynamic environment Demonstrated success in a cross-functional, collaborative team environmentApply for this job.
