The Supervisor is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the processes in their region and will report administrative duties to the Quality Assurance Manager. The Supervisor is responsible for of their regional employees and will report human resource duties to their Regional Sales Manager. Primary Policy and Administration Job Duties/Responsibilities (reports to Quality Assurance Manager)
Random reviews documents of each employee for accuracy at key times (SCD/PRD/ARD). *
Must be knowledgeable of all crops and deadlines within the region.
Manage communications concerning upcoming deadlines to insureds/agents/sales support specialists/processors including composing letters and reminders.
Monitoring error reports for their region and communicating errors with their employees and the Quality Assurance Manager. Following up to ensure corrections are being completed. *
Assist and train employees on large and/or complex policies. *
Identify training gaps within their region and report findings to the Quality Assurance Manager. Work with the Quality Assurance manager and Leadership and Development Leader to develop training Modules for region. *
Coordinate and facilitate Community of Practice calls that will be led by the Quality Assurance Manager. *
Provide leadership in their region to ensure a professional environment. *
Maintain communication with the Quality Assurance Manager concerning all policy and administration matters.
Primary Business and Supervisor Job Duties/Responsibilities (reports to Regional Sales Manager)
Schedule weekly one-on-one meetings with all employees. Schedule monthly site visits with all agencies in your region. *
Train and monitor Sales Support Specialist and Processors concerning P&L concerning offices supplies, promotional items, etc. *
Manage all employee relations to include hiring, coaching, promotions, and performance management. *
Maintain communication with the Regional Sales Manager concerning all human resources matters.
Strong understanding of Crop Insurance to include interpreting the RMA Handbooks, DCIS Mapping, APO, CRM, and other DS tools. *
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. *
Dedicated team player and proven leader. *
Proven ability to work independently. *
Friendly, loyal, and exhibits exceptional customer service skills. *
High attention to detail and accuracy. *
Exceptional analytical and strategic problem solving skills. *
Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.
