Sales Territory Representative
Job summary:HARDI North America Inc, a leader in Agricultural spraying equipment has an exciting opportunity for a proven performer to join our team!? We are seeking an individual that has an excellent selling, creative thinking, customer service, and business development skills to fill a position based in the North Eastern United States.? This person will be working with an established dealer network.? The primary function of this position is to help our dealers and HARDI continue to grow our collective business together.?Basic functions of the position:Responsible for the promotion of the products and company to prospective dealers and retail customers.Participate in national, regional and dealer shows and take the lead on shows in assigned territory.Provide training for dealers and customers in the proper use of the products to maximize customer and dealer satisfaction.Monitor and report on competitive activity in the territory.Provide rolling monthly forecasts of unit retail and wholesale orders.Achieve territory goals as established together through effective selling, time management, and demonstration skills.Monitor inventory levels and assure that all retails are properly removed from inventory through dealer OWR entries.Travel with and train dealership sales people in the most effective ways to promote and explain products, features and functions.?Requirements:A four year Agricultural degree a strong plus.A record of successful end user, retail sales experience a plus.A willingness to travel and stay out an average of 3 nights per week depending on the territory performance level needs.Must be comfortable meeting and working with dealers and customers.Excellent written and verbal skills are required for this position.Must be a creative thinker to help customers obtain the equipment they want and thus assist dealers in closing deals.Must be a motivated self-starter and competitive type personality.? Advancement from within for a strong performance is possible.Must be familiar with the standard Microsoft business software, such as Outlook, Excel, etc.A strong commitment to customer service is key.?Compensation:We offer a very competitive compensation and benefit package DOE.?
