Position Summary:The IT Solutions team is aligned within the IT process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
The Salesforce Business Analyst will analyze business processes and work closely with the IT Solutions Manager, other IT Business Process Analysts as well as cross-Divisional working teams to develop, document and deliver solutions to business requirements that enable ADM?s digital strategy.Job Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into solutions that leverage the salesforce platformProvide full time support throughout implementation lifecycleSupport design efforts by documenting data models, process flows, integrations and migration specificationsCompletion of unit and functional testing, as well as, supporting UATCollaborates with various teams to develop best practices and to enhance understanding, knowledge and adoptionDevelop dashboards and reports, including ad hoc and scheduledMinimum of 3 years related experienceSalesforce.com administrator certification preferredSupport change requests and demand from the businessSupport user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.Oversee execution of CRM roadmap Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant academic disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com.
Experience as a Salesforce Premier Support customer is a plus.Experience with customer-related solutions that integrate with Salesforce such as Configure, Price, & Quote, Contract Lifecycle Management, E-commerce and Marketing Resource Management is preferred.Salesforce.com Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification required. Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
Candidates without certification must demonstrate a willingness to achieve level one administrator certification within first six months of employment.
