Salesforce/Business Applications Manager

Founded in 1818, the company is headquartered in White Plains, New York.Position Summary:This position will be responsible for the optimization and further development of our CRM program and other critical Business Applications to generate maximum business impact. The CRM and BA leader will liaise with various business and IT leaders to successfully drive the change management of utilizing our CRM and our suite of Business Applications.The goal of this role is to continuously improve the core business applications and analytical tools, optimize existing and new features, increase adoption, enhance data quality and provide excellent support within the organization. Primary business applications/systems include: SAP, Tableau, SalesForce, Pros, Accolade, and Vistex.To be effective in this role the Manager must develop relationships with key stakeholders who utilize the applications and an understanding of business information needs. As the conduit between the user community and the IT community they must be able to communicate business requirements in a fashion that will enable the systems architecture to be developed for both current and future needs.The Manager will frequently be called upon to perform ad hoc analysis and source information for business users. A key component of the function is to understand the business need which these requests serve and to develop tools which will allow the users to access the information through automated reportingCore Functions:Manage the day-to-day operations of Accolade, Pros, SalesForce and Vistex. Serve as a point of contact for application users which would include, but not limited to creating and customizing objects, workflows, record types, page layouts, fields, apps, tabs, roles and profiles, security, user and approval processes.Support the business relative to ad hoc information and analytical needs.Develop customized reports and dashboards in Tableau, Accolade, and SalesForce for data analysis and KPIs.Manage data migration and integration between systems such as SAP, Accolade, Tableau, SalesForce and Pros.Contribute to the design and stay current with new releases, features and functionality while applying this knowledge to provide recommendations for process improvements aligned with our units goals and objectivesTrain new and existing users on how to use the application and promote user adoption; keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements; create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developedManage system security settings and audit against Bunge Loders Croklaan North America compliance policiesCoordinate Bunge Loders Croklaan North America input to global IT initiativesShare best practices across Bunge and Bunge Loders Croklaan globalSkill/Experience Requirements:Salesforce Administrator, Advance Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification required.5+ years relevant hands on experience in supporting SFC based business applicationsExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service CloudProficient with Salesforce DataloaderWorking knowledge or Accolade, Pros, Vistex and TableauExperience integrating with 3rd party data providers and servicesBachelor degree required (marketing desired), Post graduate work in technical or financial certificate work a plusStrong analytical experience with a passion for numbers and creative problem solvingDemonstrated objectivity, comfortable making decisions based on facts and supporting rationaleCreative problem solver with good business judgementInfluential leadership and results-oriented with proven track record of delivering against expectationsExperience with developing Tableau reports, SAP, Salesforce.com is an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSuperior organization skill and the ability to multi-task and accommodate changing deadlinesStrong skills in the following areas:Managing company-wide initiativesProject managementChange managementPresentation and CommunicationStrong financial and business acumenCritical thinking and Strong InitiativeWorking with multiple priorities and stakeholdersUnderstanding of sales and marketing processesManaging ambiguityWorking in a high pace environmentDesired Behavior and Personal Attributes:Ability to articulate the business benefits and sell internallyStay connected with current business and technology trendsDrive us to best in class utilization of our CRM softwareDesire to be the voice of the user in communicating with managementBe a strong advocate for deriving maximum business impact and value from the system by influencing not just systems protocol and usage but also business process design as it relates so fully leveraging the systemAbility to prioritize demands from the users and to manage many stakeholdersWork Hours and Conditions:Ability to travel a moderate amount (10-15%)Some weekend work is requiredBunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
