Position Summary:
The Sample?s Department Operator will perform all duties necessary to safely compound quality productsTo ensure delivery due dates for the sample are metTo operate according to the manufacturing order and management instructionsFollow ISO9001, GMP, and HACCP procedures and requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Respond with sense of urgency to meet customer due dateFollow formula instructions, weighing raw materials with precision to create quality productsResearch raw material inventory locations and order accordingly Compound efficiently, focusing on task Follow instructions for fluid bed dry formulasIssue off ingredients from inventory on AS400Clean equipment and entire work area when finished compounding formulaFollow QC and sampling procedureReport QC deviations to the managerExecute formula adjustments according to QC and formula requirements Package products according to customer requirementsEnsure ISO 9001, 22000 is compliant and HACCP procedures are followed Contribute to team by performing other duties as assignedMaintain pilot labSupport commercializationBatch per MI/formulaFamiliar with equipment parts and technologyFollow ISOMaintain daily pilot activities (schedule, log sheet, records, etc.)Maintain recordsFollow R&D instructions, process, testing and scale-upTeach pilot process
