Maintaining plant, office, restrooms and public areas in accordance with plant policies and procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean environment in accordance with plant policies and procedures.Maintain a clean and safe plant insuring both food safety and personnel safety in all operations. Ensure a clean and safe work area. Complete shift paper work on Master Sanitation Log in a timely manner, other documentation requirements as necessaryComplete weekly assigned action items from audit reportsAssist in production as necessary. Other duties as assigned.Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED;
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures and machinery.Computer; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Physical Demand: Ability to lift, push, pull 50+ lbs.
Will also require standing, walking, sitting, bending, pushing, pulling.
Environmental Conditions: Work is performed in a non-climate control factory.Work environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, steel toe work boots, hard hats and any other protective gear.
