Scale Clerk- Wisner, NEThis is a salaried non- exempt role. Position Summary:We are looking for an individual to join our grain elevator as a full time scale clerk/outside elevator worker.Job Responsibilities:
Weigh trucksGrade grainAssist in organizing of trucks for both inbound, outbound and off-farm shipmentsPerform accurate data entryUtilize systems such as Maximo, Agris, Spheracloud, Outlook, and Excel.Good computer skillsAnswer phonesFile and upload documentsDedication to ADM?s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety proceduresAttending and participating in location safety meetingsGood Communication skills, be able to communicate face to face, phone, email and other social media formsBe able to work in a busy work environment (seasonal)Buy Cash Grain and Report to Regional OfficeDaily summary report of activity to Commercial ManagerAbility and willingness to perform tasks outside of the office including but not limited to; loading trucks, unloading trucks, housekeeping activities, facility maintenance, and bin entry. Operate a grain dryerAssist with grain handlingAbility and willingness to work outside in a variety of weather conditionsWork load will consist of approximately 75% inside office work and 25% outside facility work.
