Contact point for all customers to schedule orders. Generate BOL?s in OPGO system.?
Responsible for maintaining master order system and schedule, producing daily and weekly mill runs and packing schedules for all lines.?
Complete daily reports and distribute to departments.?.
Post production in customer specific systems. ?
Communicate with truck lines to schedule the loading of bulk and bag trucks.?
Bill rail cars and communicate with the railroad to facilitate switching of cars.?
Work with lab to set up blends
?
Work with operations to facilitate execution of sanitation and IPM strategy.Be available off shifts and weekends to receive calls from plant personnel. Some weekend hours will be required based on business needs. ?
HACCP team member?
Trace-recall team memberProvide general office support and complete special projects as directed by management.
Cross train to learn other team member?s responsibilities to provide effective back up support for temporary vacancies, vacations, illnesses, etc.
Requirements:?
Associates or Bachelor?s degree preferred?
Scheduling and logistics experience strongly preferred Previous experience in a production facility preferred ?
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office required Interpersonal skills with a strong desire to be a team member.Effective oral and written communicationDetail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlines.Relocation assistance is available with this position.
