Idaho SUMMARYThis position is within Simplot Technologys (STs) Risk& Security team focused primarily on designing, prioritizing, and leadingthe implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM)capabilities.
This includes defining strategies for maturing internal IAMcapabilities, as well as customer IAM (cIAM) capabilities.
The idealcandidate will be able to work independently applying subject matter knowledgeto solve common and complex issues leading our global company, Simplot, throughthe organizational changes necessary from a people, process, and technology perspectiveto enable the successful implementation and maturation of IAMcapabilities.
Will be considered a subject matter expert in regards toidentity management, access management, and security.
As a leader withinthe ST Risk and Security team, the position will also be responsible formanaging and/or maturing other risk and security capabilities (e.g. datasecurity, incident response, risk assessment, etc.). RESPONSIBILITIES* Oversee the design/implementation of identity solution architectures * Applies architectural governance* Lead small to medium architecture activities * Provide leadership to assigned risk and security domains (data security,incident response, risk assessment, etc.)* Assess impact of and align with long-termtechnologies/strategies* Identify and address technical or operational risks of project and program oroperational scope* Collaborates with the project manager to develop project plans for medium tolarge projects* Develop and deliver presentations at senior levels for medium to large scope* Coaches and mentors other architects and engineers REQUIREMENTS* Bachelor's Degree from 4year college or university* Four to ten years relevant experience. * Experience with one or more identity solutions (SailPoint, Okta, Gigya,SAP GRC, etc.).* Relevant professional certification preferred (CISSP, CISA, etc.)* Ability to analyze and articulate a business problem or need and design acomplete solution. * Experience leading the architectural design, development and deployment ofmedium to large technology projects and solutions. * Familiar with multiple architectural, development and operationalmethodologies (e.g., Zachman, TOGAF, ITSM) and applies appropriatemethodologies to solve complex business issues. * Identifies and mitigates technical risks and challenges within a project orsolution. * Strong listening, oral and written communication skills with the abilityto persuade and create trust with multiple audiences at all organizationallevels. * Plays a leading role in the Architect profession at the local level.Understands and applies current technology or operational trends to customerproblems. * Ability to build and manage strategic relationships with leaders inmultiple business units. * Good business influence and negotiation skills. * Ability to lead a small team in the completion of one or morearchitecture, requirements, operational, or implementation deliverables. * Adheres to all standards, policies and systems as appropriate. * Disclaimer – The above statements are intended to describe the generalnature and level of work being performed by people assigned to thisclassification.
