Seed Applied Solutions Account Specialist – #01EXB
The Account Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account management to all participants in the Seed Treatment and BioAg business including Seed Treatment locations, BioAg distributors, seed companies, and internal personnel. They will support and implement all elements of the Seed Treatment and BioAg program including nomination, qualification, ordering and reporting, and reconciliation across all channels of the business. They will also be responsible for creating strong customer relationships as key contact for system and process training and leading operational process and project work as assigned to ensure success of the business. Responsibilities include:Key operational contact for treatment locations including production companies, Monsanto Licensee customers, and treating dealers. Build business relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders to help drive customer satisfaction. Monitor and assist customer with nomination/qualification process including site assessment and agreement management. Assist with development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures. System and process training for treatment locations and seed companies. Monitor and assist customers with ordering, reporting and reconciliation. Ensure accurate and timely reporting and reconciliation for treatment locations. Data cleansing and analysis of received data. Lead project work as assigned, which may include leading processes and protocols for designated channels of the business, managing designated areas/processes for the business, or managing one off projects for the team. Coordinate across functions including marketing, product management, finance, IT, credit, program ops, manufacturing, Novozymes, overall ops and across channels to increase collaboration and establish efficient and effective processes. Manage complex order process and Purchase Requisition submission. Ensure data integrity to enable accurate and timely information for reporting. Ensure confidentiality of grower and sales information. Maintain a working knowledge of all Seed Treatment and BioAg processes, marketing programs and business strategies.Qualifications:Required Skills/Experience:Minimum of a Bachelors degree Minimum 2-3 years of related experience Strong customer focus and relationship building skills Ability to collaborate cross functionally within the organization Adapt quickly to frequently changing environment Strong data analysis and analytical skills Ability to assess and prioritize workload quickly in a dynamic environment Ability to manage complex and detailed process and data related activities Proven ability to develop, monitor and deliver on critical timelines Confidence in networking & navigating within a matrix environment Attention to detail, thorough, self-motivated Excellent verbal and written formal communication skills Ability to lead and influence others through knowledge and confidence Computer experience (Windows, MS Office, SAP, IRD, Webi, database management).
