Senior Analyst Enterprise Asset Management
SUMMARY:This position will be part of the team managing the Enterprise Asset Management business processes and supporting the Manufacturing Services Engineering environment. This position will primarily support the industrial asset lifecycle process from property acquisition through disposition including initial entry of project requisitions to acquire and construct in SAP. The position will manage all aspects of the industrial asset management process including unique identification of all machinery and equipment purchased from both a physical and financial perspective, structuring plant property to meet cost guidelines as required, assessment of loss on property due to project requirements as well as responsibility for assisting with any specific questions regarding the equipment and asset master records in the system. Responsibilities include coordination of the industrial asset identification process, performing the asset to equipment reconciliation process while assisting the locations in managing/maintaining the reconciliation efforts; maintaining equipment definition, documentation, and processes used to collect equipment master data; developing KPI's and reporting to monitor the progress of these processes; communicating and assisting the process of disposal (i.e. sale, scrap, transfer) of the equipment to appropriate departments; develop and maintain training documentation for business processes; ensure integrity of system and reporting data; and special projects as requested.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.Experience: 3+ years experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer Skills: Above standard computer skills. Practical experience with one or more SAP modules including but not limited to PM, MM, PS, or FICO a must. Background in data mining as well as the ability to understand various data structure and common methods in data transformation in various applications such as excel, access, etc., a plus. Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills. Must be willing to keep up to date with latest technology trends and adapt to new software as required.Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.Special Skills: Ability to identify waste in current processes and collaborate with various departments to design, build, and implement a solution. Ability to coordinate with Plant-based management and Corp. support teams requiring good interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills.
