Senior Business Analyst (1901131) ? Research Triangle Park, NC
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the US Crop Business Operations team in our Agricultural Products Division (APN).
Where the Chemistry Happens
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for Data Integrity, Analysis, and Payment Validation to support the delivery of incentive and rebate payments for US Crop Marketing programs.
Formula for Success Manage distribution of incentive payments
ranging from $400M – $500M annually.Apply complex business logic and rules to
calculate, validate, and reconcile incentive payments in accordance with
business requirements ? this includes managing key processes to support
fulfillment logic and developing queries to analyze large databases
covering sales, customers, products, and product movement dataComplete a variety of in-depth data and system
quality checks to ensure data used in incentive calculations is accurate
and completeFunction as program subject matter expert for
payment validation, sales transaction reviews, business logic review, and
program process reviewWork collaboratively with external and
internal groups to coordinate and manage actions to resolve business
issues that impact customer incentive payments and data issues Resolve inquiries from customers, sales teams,
Marketing, and Channel Strategy to ensure timely and accurate deliver of
incentive payments Develop and maintain relevant queries, data,
and documentation to support audits and other business reviews and
requests Be responsible for business process and code
development to validate incentive paymentsBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance,
Statistics or related discipline or equivalent industry experience consideredMinimum 10+ years? experience implementing and
supporting large scale rebate/incentive program payments. Experience in agriculture marketing
program fulfillment preferred.Experience with qualitative analysis and management of complex data. Highly proficient in data querying software,
