Senior Business Process and Transformation Specialist

Position PurposeThe Senior Business Process and Transformation Specialist position is responsible for supervising all non-financial Transformation Office (TO) activities to include coordinating the schedule of TO meetings (work stream, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Steering Committees, other), preparing TO meeting materials as needed, enforcing TO meeting standards, supervising work stream TO Leads to prepare and lead work stream TO meetings, leading efforts to drive TO mindset and processes across other key business processes and executing special projects for the Business Acceleration Lead as needed.Principal Accountabilities30% To analyze and Identify: Analyzes, develops and implements sustainable and quantifiable business acceleration improvements.
Continuously evaluates the business pipeline of ideas and projects for effectiveness to deliver value and improvements to the overall applications, processes and procedures.
Identify inconsistencies in the projects, ideas or improvement projects against a disciplined set of guidelines and methodology to highlight any gaps in delivering expected value and improvements.
Leverage comprehensive data analysis skills and tools to identify, create data sets, dashboards and tools for comparing results across multiple data sources, business and functions for tracking of the progress against value targets.20% Project Execution, Value Realization and Measurement: Ensure effective usage of TO?s initiative tracking software (Wave/Clarizen), to include executing user training, coordinating with the software support team for any necessary modifications, troubleshooting user issues, and auditing the online database for accuracy and completeness while providing technical support.
Develop and implement plans and tracking methodology for measuring the success of delivering on expected TO result
Independently manages the daily execution of the TO cadence, workstream goals, sub workstream goals, to ensure compliance with the TO program goals, guidelines, cultural values and expectations.
Assist in maintaining TO project scorecards and dashboards to ensure that identified improvements for multiple sites and locations within a BU/Function are successfully implemented and that the promised benefits and value are being captured, provide results to management and leadership.
Identifies, recommends and implements project management best practices related to the TO activities.20% Capability and Culture Development (Collaboration): Under minimal oversight, identifies, monitors and implements continuous improvement best practices.
Drive TO culture change for multiple sites and locations within a BU/Function level project with less defined processes through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy, and visible leadership, which includes the objective of identifying and implementing opportunities.
Coordinate and Prepare presentations, communications and training materials to support the business/function with change management processes and highlighting status of TO project initiatives for multiple sites/locations within a business/function.15% Business Partnership, Stakeholder and Management: Provide support to GEOS NA leadership on special projects as needed. Which includes, but not limited to generating a weekly MD presentation for the SLT and maintaining and tracking progress and action items form senior leaders.
Ensure day to day work stream progress; collaborating with Business Process Lead and team, IBP Leads, finance leads, work stream sponsors and initiative owners. This includes data analysis, project organization, meeting organization and preparation as well as cross functional communication.
Leverages business and function partners to remove barriers for completion of project milestones and influences stakeholders to act across multiple sites or locations within the business.
Facilities open dialogues across multiple sites/locations to highlights and solve any gaps in the TO processes.
Build relationships across business leadership to drive accountability of the TO program and ensures alignment with TO program goals, objectives, plan and approach.15% Alignment of TO Process with current Business Processes: Develop and Align working hypothesis of Business Acceleration methodology and mindset across GEOS Key Processes, including but not limited to IBP (Integrated Business Planning), Pricing, and project management

Required Qualifications Bachelor?s Degree
Minimum 5 years? experience in supporting role in business related operations or project management responsibilities.
Experience leading projects across a broad BU.
Experience implementing processes across an entire BU.
Proven ability to integrate new concepts and processes across a BU.
Ability to manage large scale project with limited supervision.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization to hold accountability.
Strong leadership and stakeholder influencing skills
Microsoft Office Suite experience and advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
Ability to travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications Experience with program-management software such as Wave/Clarizen MyPPM
Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
Minimum 5 years in a business support role with responsibility supporting senior management level projects.
