This individual should have prior commercial/business banking experience and a strong credit understanding. A local background is ideal along with a minimum 5 years” direct commercial lending experience. Responsibilities include working with local businesses and client operations, developing relationships, and cross selling financial products. In addition, they are looking for someone with credit/underwriting experience as well. The ideal candidate would be able to act as a “cradle to grave” lender.
