Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Finance Shared Services group. We are looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Finance Transformation. Specifically, the transformation will include improving business processes, driving results by providing greater transparency into service level agreements, creating efficiencies through innovative solutions, with a focus on standardization, process optimization and improved governance. This role will also lead efforts to find cross functional opportunities and synergistic savings across the enterprise.You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will:
Manage large transformation and process improvement projects as assigned that require coordination between departments or present significant opportunities for overall business improvement.Provide organization development and systems analysis. Develop tools for strategy and leadership growth within the organization.Identify strategies for organizational improvement and help implement.Build relationships at all levels of the organization to facilitate collaboration across business departments and functions to deliver desired program outcomes.Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans including leadership alignment and sponsorship engagement, communication and stakeholder management, role mapping and training deployment.Conduct stakeholder analysis, organizational and business readiness assessments, evaluate and present findings with actions plan in a logical and easy-to-understand format.Be an active and visible coach and mentor to project sponsors and leadership and have the ability to influence without authority.Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.Possess a strong understanding of process and process design, including leveraging technology to achieve.Have excellent communication, organizational, inter-personal, staff managerial, problem-solving.Be self-motivated, innovative, and have the ability to initiate and lead change.Possess creative and change-oriented continuous improvement process skills.Basic Qualifications: (required)
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldMinimum of 10 years experience in Accounting, Finance or other related experienceMinimum of 5 years experience leading business process improvement and/or project managementPreferred Qualifications: (desired)
MBACPASix Sigma or Lean CertificationProject Management CertificationSAP ERP experienceExperience with change leadership and driving organizational changeExperience leading an implementation of large scale transformational efforts across a diverse organization
