You will be responsible for: reporting to the VP and GM, leading financial analysis related activities, manage and communicate group strategies, and develop and implement innovative operating strategies. RESPONSIBILITIESProvides leadership and advocacy to field Area Operations Managers and other key operational employees to facilitate optimal operational performance.Partner with VP, GM, and Retail to develop and implement operational strategy and activities.Communicate operational goals related to the overall Retail strategy.Supervises SGS Business Partner staff, and SGS Procurement Analyst.Direct all financial analysis related activities for AB Retail including: budgeting, budget management, projections, capital expenditures and management oversight for analysis of Rebate Accrual System and incentive plans.Apply financial/operational knowledge to assess and analyze group growth opportunities and company capabilities.Address immediate and long-term critical issues and obstacles that may impact the successful achievement of Retail objectives.Engage in open and active communication with AB Group Controller to ensure Retail transparency.Leads financial analysis and other due diligence efforts related to pursuing joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures for the group.Assess the viability of acquisitions, business alliances or joint ventures and directs the integration process.Direct activities associated with Legal, Risk Management, IT, EH&S and Security.Coordinate, manage, and communicate group strategies to ensure performance and compliance.Performs contract analysis and contract negotiations for the Retail Business.
