The position will require a strong analytical skill set to identify opportunities with our corporate partners through performance analytics and reporting tools, and recommendations aligned with mutual company growth objectives. The position will require a significant degree of interaction and collaboration with Petcare marketing colleagues and HQ support teams. The position will also offer the colleague opportunities to work with and participate on several core teams involved in projects with the Major Account marketing team. In addition, this position will have the opportunity to attend appropriate partner meetings and strategy sessions. The position will report to the Director of Marketing and Operations, Major Accounts.
Major Account Marketing Responsibilities: * Develop, implement and execute marketing strategies and tactics at the field and major account level to meet Zoetis Petcare growth/financial objectives.
* Enhance and leverage our Major Account communication platform to provide partner information, strategies, tactics, tools and resources for our Zoetis field force. * Work with Major Account team brand and marketing teams on strategic planning and program delivery to create growth for key focus products * Partner with global market research to identify research opportunities to better understand corporate dynamics and future state of the business; leverage insights into scenario and operating planning process * Partner with internal and external stakeholders in executing Cross Functional Planning meetings that leads to the development of the Major Account Operation Planning process * Develop and coordinate new campaign launches at the Major Account level and ensure adoption, implementation, execution and metrics are established. This colleague will also manage creative agency communications and internal regulatory review flows and activities. * Participate in monthly Sales Operations and Major Accounts meetings to ensure open communication and dialogue of major account activities and field force updates * Partner with Learning and Development to create new hire training modules around Major Account business and partners * In partnership with Major Account marketing director, assist in Major Account business reviews with internal HQ stakeholders * Work with Major Account team on financial analysis and designated contractual agreements
* Work with Demand Planning team on forecasting Zoetis brands across our Major Accounts
Major Account Performance Analytics and Reporting Responsibilities: * Develop appropriate metrics for evaluation of major account strategies against goals * Review monthly sales and financial reports focusing on trends, emphasis products, potential focus areas and field force opportunities * Review major account specific reports focusing on sales, doses, field reach and frequency, top/bottom performing areas to leverage for growth opportunities * Prepare quarterly sales reach and frequency analysis for each region and area identifying internal opportunities within our corporate accounts * Develop and prepare quarterly business and performance updates/meetings for internal Zoetis teams, including Petcare leadership team meetings * Work with Major Account team to prepare quarterly business and performance updates with our Partners to align/refine strategies and execution of programsQualifications: * 7+ years of marketing experience required; Marketing degree preferred * Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and strong analytical skills
* Power point & Excel, Tableau * Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders; influence/negotiation and relationship management capabilities critical * Proven ability to facilitate open discussion among key stakeholders and negotiate and implement mutually agreed upon plans. * Strong project management skills
