You will play a key role in ensuring that quality products are manufactured safely, in an environmentally sound manner, efficiently, and on time.Formula for Success Leveraging your proven educational and professional background in an Engineering discipline, you will own and define process safety hazard analysis, demonstrate new products, and create or review documentation such as Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).Your strong project management skills will be a valued asset as you manage capital project development, including project scope and justification, for small local projects, as well as serve as the manufacturing representative on large capital project design teams. Also, function as liaison with service groups and outside contractors to ensure that the work related to the production facilities is accomplished correctly, promptly, and in the most cost-effective manner.Your working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement processes will be useful as you identify improvement opportunities, develop and execute a plan to achieve them in a cost-effective and timely manner, and engage with senior leadership to sell the plan.As a trusted resource for technical/problem-solving expertise, you will successfully assure the effectiveness and accuracy of operating procedures, Asset Effectiveness, root cause failure analysis, and develop and implement Management of Change (MoC) protocols.Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer YouAdding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
