Corporate recruitment activities for North America with a focus on meeting the requirements of the business by sourcing exceptional talent and partnering with business leads.
Will be aligned with one strategic area of the business to ensure a deep and thorough understanding of the strategy and needs of that particular business area. Responsible for delivering an excellent Hiring Manager and Candidate experience, requisition management, and ATS data quality. Understand the business strategy and counsel the hiring managers utilizing recruitment expertise. Work to ensure a thorough and assertive effort is used in finding outstanding talent. Focus on methods for accessing passive candidates. Keep updated on industry changes to be able to take advantage of competitor disruption. Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand the business and its talent needs. Coach other recruiters to deepen skills and capabilities in corporate recruitment.Skills:
Knowledge, experience and capabilities
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment
High School diploma or higher required; Bachelors degree or higher preferred Extensive experience and understanding of strategic recruiting, recruitment marketing, and accessing passive candidates
High experience in stakeholder relationship building
Professional communication and partnership approach with hiring managers, candidates, and HR Business Partners
Customer service mindset
Strong attention to detail and prioritization
Ability to identify continuous service improvement opportunities and solutions
Must have experience with external agency engagement and management
Must be able and willing to follow standard documented recruitment processes
Ability to utilize technology such as an applicant tracking system and CRM tool
Strong working knowledge of sourcing methods including social media recruitment marketing
Must understand the importance of quality data and documentation in the ATS
Experience with recruiting in the agribusiness industry is highly preferred
Mandatory exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to ask probing questions to understand and meet the needs of internal stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team
Project management experience is a plus
Experience using Taleo is highly preferred
