Overview: The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will primarily provide support sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and managing pre-hire screenings. The role will also be responsible for recruiting and onboarding the Bunge North America internship and trainee positions.Essential Functions:Recruit candidates for internships and entry level trainee positions including sourcing and screening candidates; collaborate with hiring managers ensuring all HR related items are completedCoordination of candidate interviews and related logistics including airfare, hotel and processing of candidate expense reimbursementsParticipate in university relations including managing career fair registration, attending job fairs and coordinating student visits, etc.Management of onsite candidate interviews including interview team follow upPoint of contact for the pre-employment processes including background checks and drug screens for local and field based positionsServe as primary contact for field HR team related to applicant tracking system and process questionsUtilize sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc. to build candidate pipelinesSpecial projects as assignedQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field2-4 years of related HR/Recruiting experience required, preferably in corporate environmentProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; prior experience with Success Factors Recruiting Management or similar applicant tracking system is preferredDemonstrated ability to exercise a high degree of accuracy with multiple detailsAbility to maintain objectivity and discretion with confidential informationMust be able to multi-task, work in a fast pace environment and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to take initiative and make sound decisionsEffective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization and work within a team environment in support of company objectivesHigh level of customer service skills required with the ability to develop effective relationshipsTravel of 10% may be requiredBunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
