Service Manager #802
Progressive multi-location Ag implement dealership is in search of service manager. Will oversee 6 technicians, handle scheduling, customer service, service department promotions, etc. Requires technical experience, but could come from parts or sales side of equipment business. Primary focus of service department is tractors and skid steers. Must have the skill set to manage/lead team. Can turn a wrench on occasion if interested, but NOT required. Will be responsible for the service tickets; a warranty clerk will handle warranty processing. Must have excellent customer service skills.
