As the Salesforce.com (SFDC) Seeds Engagement Lead, you will partner with
a variety of stakeholders to maximize efficiency and capitalize on the full
features and benefits of Salesforce.com for the Seeds organization. Key collaborators will include the
Salesforce.com Manager, as well as our Sales Services, Field Force
Effectiveness & Training, IT, and WAR Room teams.
In this role you will demonstrate your
extensive Salesforce.com experience, excellent communication skills, strong
technical understanding of Syngenta systems, and be comfortable interfacing
directly with end users and key stakeholders. You will develop a deep
understanding of their requirements in order to enhance, implement and promote
user engagement that enhances the Seeds customer experience. In addition to the
responsibilities listed below, you will also provide training, promote
engagement, track new releases, and keep current on Salesforce.com solutions.
Essential Duties &
Accelerate the Account Management
activities within Salesforce.com to enhance the experience of our reseller and
grower customers Champion SE Account Management
activities related to Salesforce.com including driving usage, user training,
trouble-shooting incidents, partnering with the COE for incidents/enhancements
and extensive functionality testingServe as the connection point for key champions within
Seeds business (Commercial Units, Sales Services, Grower Commercial
Operations, Biofuels & Technical Operations, Field Force Effectiveness
& Training, WAR Room, Marketing, Finance, & Seeds Production
Operations)Drive and monitor engagement metrics across all Seeds
usersRoll-out training and engagement plan to support new
and existing functionality with Seeds usersLead and support user acceptance and regression testing
related to the Seeds businessEngage with commercial business stakeholders to
gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage
Salesforce.com functionalityDemonstrate Salesforce.com capabilities and Syngenta
systems knowledge to solve business problemsSupport/Facilitate requirements workshops, documenting
detailed functional, technical, reporting, and data requirementsSkills:
Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in a relevant disciplineExceptional knowledge of Salesforce.com functionality
and usageGeneral sales, marketing and
technical skills; Supply and/or Planning knowledge, product portfolio and
segment understanding; good understanding of customer and distribution channelsUnderstand Syngenta commercial
business, including go to market and channel strategies preferredPossess technical knowledge of
Syngenta systems and data flows preferredAdditional Knowledge,
Skills, Traits & Abilities:
Excellent communication verbal & written skillsAbility to interact with individuals within all levels
of an organizationAbility to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay calm
under pressure.Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities
and challenges.General Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Demonstrated analytical skills and
