Southfield, Michigan BASF Southfield is seeking a team-oriented Site Services Coordinator with demonstrated proficiency in administrative skills who enjoys a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is results driven, customer focused with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The position will support Southfield Site Services team reporting to the Manager, Business Services.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Leveraging your education and professional work experience, you will provide administrative support to the Site Services leadership team Your strong organizational skills will be critical as you manage the site medical program to include compliance and reporting Successfully multi-tasking, you will manage large site meetings and events (on and off-site), coordinate site moves, maintain site seating allocations, manage site key program to include audits, and provide support as back-up site reception as neededYour commitment to safety and efficiency will be essential as you drive safety topics and cost saving measures in Site ServicesUtilizing your strong business acumen, you will support procurement activities and invoice processing to include timely processing, researching and resolving discrepanciesFurther developing your technical skills, you will provide support for maintenance and budget reporting in SAPLeveraging your interpersonal communication and organizational skills, you will help support community and charitable events Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You?
