Chattanooga, TN Where the Chemistry Happens We are seeking a professional like you to provide general site support for our Chattanooga Operations, including support for site medical management, payroll management, LMS training system administration, and document control administration. This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your ability to execute independent planning and controlling of target agreements, manage time effectively, and make decisions on your own within your work function.Formula for Success ? Leveraging your education and experience in manufacturing administration support where you have had increasing responsibility and where discretion and the ability to handle confidential information was a daily function of the job, you will provide support for Chattanooga Site medical screening management using eMCP software. You will also ensure compliance with physical exams for plant personnel working the medical provider to comply with regulatory and BASF internal requirements, follow up to ensure compliance, and ensure Return to Work exams are conducted timely.? Your proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, MS Windows, electronic file management, and SAP will be essential as you support payroll administration by using SAP Payroll software.? Utilizing your excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written), you will manage the Chattanooga Site training management system LMS and act as content owner for the Site.? Demonstrating your ability to multi-task and be very detailed oriented, you will be fully responsible for Chattanooga Site procedure management, Word Processing, Windows file management, and Sharepoint.? Supporting the development of the ?Zero Incident? mindset as a culture in the Chattanooga operations, you will become the recognized champion for safety and environmental performance.? Using your ability to determine best solutions to solving problems within functional areas, you will support and continually apply ISO Quality Improvement policies and procedures.
