We currently have a Site Support Technician III position available at Simplot Headquarters in Boise, ID. SUMMARYProvide technical support relating to IT related technologies including desktops, laptops, mobile clients, network, hardware and software systems. Works directly with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Works with Business and other IT to implement new projects and technology to the business. RESPONSIBILITIES* Perform installations, repair, upgrades, and troubleshooting for software and hardware.* Provide installation, troubleshooting and maintenance for all LAN infrastructures. * Provide server administration. REQUIREMENTS* Bachelor's Degree from 4 year college or university * Three plus years related experience and/or training. * Thorough knowledge of technology, personal computers, software and peripheral equipment. * Must be proficient in Microsoft.
