ARCHER DANIELS MIDLAND COMPANYPERM LABOR CERTIFICATIONEXTERNAL WEBSITESOA & IAM ADMINISTRATORS SOA & IAM Administrators Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking SOA & IAM Administrators for its Erlanger, KY location to study SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) systems and procedures and design, develop, and implement application components to carry out administration tasks for integration solutions to ensure these systems operate more efficiently and effectively. Utilize Oracle's Integration Products, including Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) hardware and software to manage Business Process Monitoring (BPM) suite, including Server Administration, Patching, Backup/Recovery, Scripting and Code Deployments. Conduct in-depth tests and analyze information and trends in the data to increase system performance and efficiency. Consult with managers to determine the role of the IT system, research emerging technologies, and identify new technology solutions. Monitor SOA products in their respective environments as well as BPM suite availability across environments, identify possible upgrades, and devise new ways to add functionality to existing systems. Design and develop new systems by choosing and configuring hardware and software, and prepare an analysis of costs and benefits so that management can decide if information systems and computing infrastructure upgrades are financially worthwhile. Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for the organization, and perform post-installation steps for SOA products, including SOA Suite, OSB, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Enterprise Repository (OER), and Oracle API Catalog in the environments. Perform post-installation steps of BPM suite in the environments, conduct smoke-testing of the environments before delivering to work streams, and ensure that systems work as expected. Utilize experience with: SOA Enterprise Monitoring; performance tuning and monitoring of SOA instances; Oracle SOA; Post Installation steps for SOA products, including OSB, ODI, or OER; performance testing and Disaster Recovery testing; performing post installation steps for BPM; and managing BPM suite, including Server Administration, Patching, Backup/Recovery, Scripting, and Code Deployments. Position Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering (any), or a related field and three (3) years of Oracle SOA related experience. This position also requires three (3) years of experience with the following: SOA Enterprise Monitoring; performance tuning and monitoring of SOA instances; Oracle SOA; Post Installation steps for SOA products, including OSB, ODI, or OER; performance testing and Disaster Recovery testing; performing post installation steps for BPM; and, managing BPM suite, including Server Administration, Patching, Backup/Recovery, Scripting, and Code Deployments.
