The Monsanto Corporate Engagement team is looking for a St Louis-based team member that can help Monsanto in our digital world by applying social media analysis to issues management, crisis management, and strategic decision making. The successful candidate will have awareness of social listening and analytics tools, experience with various social media networks, and understanding of digital communications concepts. This candidate will have a familiarity with techniques and technologies for analyzing social and digital media with an interest in issues and crisis management and the ability to write reports and communicate complex concepts effectively. In addition to social and digital listening and analytics this person will be expected to supplement various work products with other data and insights from available sources, collaborators, and subject matter experts. This role will provide key research and decision support to Corporate Engagement and other internal teams and will have:Awareness of social listening and analytics technologies Knowledge of established and emerging social media networks globallyAbility to collaborate with other subject matter experts to provide insightful analysis to team members and decision makersEffectively communicate findings, recommendations, and insightsQualifications:Requirements:Candidates are required to meet the following criteria: B.S. or B.A degree requiredEffective communication both written and oralAwareness of social listening and analytics toolsExperience with various social media networksAn understanding of digital communications conceptsFamiliarity with techniques and technologies for analyzing social and digital media Ability to write reports and communicate complex concepts effectively Candidates with the following criteria will be given preference: ??
