This person will manage the sow side of the operation. Need person with good experience managing personnel, who has good people skills and knows how to motivate. Planning and scheduling daily, weekly and monthly activities for the department. Need to have a strong sow farm management background, preferably with a large-scale sow farm. Searching for a real ?standup? kind of person. Good communication with management and crew is required.
