GROWMARK is large enough to offer solid career opportunities, but small enough to provide a family-oriented, welcoming environment and great benefits.See what it's like to work at GROWMARK:??https://youtu.be/IsXYA-oaFYo??PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT?Assists in cash management of GROWMARK, its retail divisions, and subsidiaries by completing electronic payment requests, maintaining records of daily treasury activities, investigating and resolving banking/cash management issues, and maintaining selected stock and other records.?ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS?Determines the daily cash position of various GROWMARK and subsidiary bank accounts and executes transactions related to funding bank accounts.??Maintains various spreadsheets to project, record, and monitor cash activity for GROWMARK and subsidiaries. ?Accurately records cash activity and subsequent intercompany loan transactions daily.?Communicates with banks to investigate and resolve problems or questions related to daily cash activities, primarily ACH and check returns and shares findings with personnel in AP/AR and Accounting.???Executes wire and ACH payments, submitted to GROWMARK by its subsidiaries, in a timely and accurate manner. Additional payment requests will include, but are not limited to, intercompany loan payments or advances, account transfers to fund payroll accounts, tax payments and recurring payments.??Responsible for cash management reports used by Accounting for month-end processing.?Responds to requests from internal and external audit related to cash activity and other responsibilities of Cash Management.????Maintains stock records for MIDCO and Member Company class ?B? stock owned by GROWMARK including issuance, redemption, and termination of common and preferred shares.Ensures compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures; particularly when making changes to banking instructions for vendors or any other outgoing electronic payments.OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS?Maintains daily records of activities for review by the Treasury staff and for use by Accounting to record activity.?Manages payments, record keeping and all other duties necessary to maintain GROWMARK?s leasing program.?Assists with Cash Management Specialist and the Cash Management & Credit Coordinator positions as needed.?Follows GROWMARK?s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.?Performs other duties as assigned.?REQUIREMENTS?Normally requires a college degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent, and related experience to demonstrate the ability to provide cash management leadership to the GROWMARK System.?Understanding and experience with accounting/finance-related areas including cash management, patronage and stock redemption, loan securities and collaterals, investment notes, and reconciliations.?Prefer previous banking experience.?Proven professional communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and customer service skills.?Demonstrated planning, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.?Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.??Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and Outlook.?Demonstrated GROWMARK Essential Abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.?Must have and maintain a valid driver?s license and a satisfactory driving record.
