Your six to 10 years of experience in the field has taught you to be an excellent team collaborator and leader, but you’re also skilled enough to drive yourself independently to deliver great results. Of course, you’re a quick study — that’s why you’ve been successful thus far. Even better? You have agriculture experience, whether it’s those years in 4-H or FFA or marketing experience with accounts in animal health and cattle, seeds, crop protection/ag chem, fertilizer, equipment or associations. You’re familiar with the essential client relationship needs a senior account executive must deliver, and you’re comfortable traveling for trade shows and team meetings.
