Senior Administrative Assistant – Global Talent and Inclusion & Diversity Monsanto is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Global Talent and Inclusion & Diversity organization as a Senior Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide direct administrative support to the Vice President, Global Talent and Inclusion & Diversity, while supporting the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, both domestic and international, as needed. This dynamic role includes strong administrative components along with strategic support of operational needs for the organization. You will be a critical partner for supporting global operations for the organization. You will also interact closely with the Monsanto's Executive and HR Leadership Teams across all Monsanto global regions. Responsibilities:Provide operational support for Global Talent and Inclusion & Diversity strategic initiativesPrepare materials and presentations for senior leadership teams across the enterprise, including the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and external organizationsCoordinate organizational meetings and communications for the Global Talent and the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership TeamsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangementsCoordinate onsite and offsite team eventsManage frequent communications, and meeting schedules for external vendors, internal and external business partners, and other key stakeholdersCollaborate closely with administrative teams for executive and senior leadership, and internal/external advisory councils to schedule meetings and eventsSupport the participation in external speaking engagements, including any associations, panel participation, and media interviewsSupport corporate business practices such as procurement card tracking, processing of invoices, expense reporting, travel policies, and managing suppliesManage office supply inventoryManage onboarding for new organizational team members based at the corporate headquartersCoordinate and manage office and cube moves through partnership with internal moving services and IT support teamsServe as process back up as need for others within the Global Talent and Global HR administrative teamsSupport budget management and financial forecastingQualifications:Required Skills/Experience:10+ years of experience providing administrative/executive administrative support to multiple senior leaders in a global, fast paced, complex, cross functional environmentExcellent Skills utilizing MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelProficient using SAP for invoice and PO managementExperience coordinating international travel and obtaining travel visasDemonstrated relationship management and networking skills to function in a highly diverse environment Ability to interact with others at all levels, and within the administrative team to improve processes, gain efficiencies, and create a positive team environmentInnovative self-starter with high energy level, strong results and customer-orientation, and confidence in professional abilitiesIntercultural competency (ability to work within a multi-national, multi-ethnic, multi-lingual organization)Completed High School Degree/GED Desired Skills/Experience:Associates or Bachelors Degree in a business or communications related disciplineBudgeting and Forecasting skills in SAPExperience working in a matrixed environmentApply for this job.
