Responsibilities: * Assist with the preparation of monthly/quarterly consolidated financial statements and related disclosures. * Prepare monthly Financial Package distributed to senior management. * Process various non-recurring topside journal entries and other consolidation journal entries (i.e. investment in equity elimination, intercompany eliminations, share based comp, etc.) in support of the monthly financial close. * Preparation of various monthly/quarterly account analysis and rollforwards. * Preparation of various non-GAAP reports and disclosures. * Review and provide commentary for account fluctuations.
* Preparation of various footnotes and other SEC disclosures. * Collection of supplemental web form data in support of external disclosures and the Statement of Cash Flows. * Assist with documentation and testing of SOX controls. * Provide support for ad hoc management requests from markets, finance, tax and treasury. * Work with BT team to develop/update Hyperion Financial Reports. * Effectively use Hyperion suite of solutions (HFM and Essbase). Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience): Education: * Bachelor”s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * CPA and/or MBA preferred
Experience: * Minimum 4 years of experience in consolidations/financial reporting (internal or external) within a large multi-national company or public accounting (Big 4 preferred) * Strong knowledge of accounting and financial systems/processes and controls * Demonstrated proficiency in US GAAP and SEC reporting * Experience with FDM, HFM, Essbase
