Job Title: Sr. Customer Experience Marketing Manager (Chicago, IL)WFSI – Division Chicago, ILThis is a full time exempt position Position Summary:
Responsible for generating pipelineGrowing new win revenuesEnsuring WFSI becomes the first-call ingredient supplier by driving tailored and holistic customer engagement experiences supported by market data analysis, customer brand understanding, trend anticipation and utilization of integrated consumer and sensory insightsThis roles serves as a vital and highly collaborative conduit between customers, agencies, communications groups, marketing, sales, sensory, technical and other stakeholders Job Responsibilities:
Generate pipeline and grow new win revenues with target customers by acting as an ambassador of their brands Track, analyze and synthesize relevant and meaningful consumer, market, category and brand-specific insights and link them to WFSI advantaged ingredient solutions and enabling technologies to drive short and long term results
Possess working knowledge of trends and product lifecycles and recommend strategies and actions to increase customer engagement
Create meaningful and differentiated value propositions to drive stakeholder value
Provide support to sales through timely communication, targeted presentations to strategic customers, purposeful product demonstrations, and best practice customer engagement experiencesDevelop a comprehensive knowledge of strategic customer strategies and brands including a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and make timely business recommendations to VP Marketing
Provides input to VP Marketing to support strategic planning and the implementation of customer excellence marketing action plansCollaborate with Business Unit Managers, Corporate Communications, General Managers, Marketing, Sales, Sensory, Technical and other key stakeholders to drive results Demonstrate ability to interact, collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels, across geographies and divisions
Support ADM branding, creation of clear brand value propositions and harmonized go to market processes Lead the development, maintenance and execution of advertising, print, digital and other promotional activities while ensuring conformity with ADM branding
Work closely with agencies to ensure high levels of service, support and effectiveness Respond to marketing requests in a timely fashion with a high level of professionalism, proficiency and effectiveness
Build and possess working knowledge of WFSI ingredient solutionsJob Requirements:
Minimum 10 years related brand, customer or marketing management experienceRelevant experience in the specialty ingredients industry strongly preferred Proven success in B2B marketing and working in matrixed environments with a strong track record of driving pipeline and new win revenues Strong oral, written, verbal and formal presentation skills are required as this is a high-influencing role
Demonstrated hands-on analytical and strategic problem solving skills with a focus on tactical, practical execution and driving results collaboratively
