Zoetis” strong market position provides the opportunity to deliver unique and novel service solutions to better integrate with our customer base of veterinarians, livestock producers and dairy farms to assist them in their operations to be more efficient, effective and improve their operating costs. In this role, you will lead the marketing of Talent and Leadership Development services and will manage both the current portfolio and will lead the development process for new services from start to finish. This will involve a range of skills including developing campaigns for existing services, defining new services and sourcing new content with partners and negotiating with third parties. You will be a driver of strategy, and you will help us define and implement our customer experience vision. You will ensure that we are continually focused on the needs of our customers across the entire customer journey.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop a rolling three year strategic operating plan for your services portfolio (including marketing objectives and strategies, segmentation, positioning, pricing, promotion, and competitive action). * Contribute to the overall 3 year plan for the US services business. * Develop and implement successful services brand plans which will deliver performance expectations and drive company growth. * Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests. * Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Veterinary Professional Services Management to ensure complete alignment of business strategy and execution at customer level. * Work with sales training team to develop and train field based personnel. * Determine customers” needs and desires and therefore new opportunities by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. * Define the nature and scope and business case for future service offerings. * Validate offerings by testing prototypes with customers and conducting small-scale experiments. * Negotiate/work with third parties as required to source and deliver on the services roadmap. * Provide content for marketing communications. * Manage Advertising Agencies and to deploy digital advertising and marketing strategies to “sell” the services offering to customers. * Responsible for continuous improvement, alignment and integration of internal processes and systems (Streamlink and Touchpoint) to support services. * Track success and customer satisfaction by monitoring sales, calling on customers with field salespeople, and measuring usage. * Understands the reason for customer dissatisfaction and remedies rapidly. * Ensures consistency in contracts and limits bespoke offerings that cause unnecessary complications. QUALIFICATIONS
* 7 years in product/service marketing * Direct experience negotiating deals with third parties, especially content-related * BA/BS required MBA a plus * Sales background a plus * Animal health experience a plus

* Proven ability to think strategically. * Customer focus – you insist on thinking through the entire customer experience and optimizing all aspects of it. * Experience working with cross-functional teams in developing and executing brand strategies, programs and tactics to achieve and surpass market share and revenue targets. * Proven analytical skills to assess market conditions and project immediate and long-term growth of assigned services. * Demonstrated ability to bring innovative solutions to market. * Proven record of taking initiative and accepting challenges. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strength in team and relationship-building skills with both internal and external customers. * Demonstrated interest and future passion for growing professionally * Proficiency in computer software ( Microsoft Windows: Word, Powerpoint and Excel).
