This team interacts collaboratively with domain scientists across various disciplines to demonstrate the safety of and gain global regulatory approvals for crop protection and agricultural biotechnology products. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment and for the development of novel statistical methodologies or the creative application of existing methods. The Statistician will play a key role in our effort to revolutionize the way we work, through, for example, the development and deployment of new and existing technologies for code and document automation. Responsibilities Conduct statistical analyses and prepare statistical reports.Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams from Regulatory Sciences and Regulatory Affairs to ensure scientifically-rigorous experimental designs and statistical methods are implemented.Proactively identify and help solve problems related to design of experiments and statistical analyses in the area of Regulatory Sciences using traditional and/or non-traditional statistical methodologies.Provide statistical training and knowledge transfer to Regulatory Sciences and Regulatory Affairs team to improve understanding and interpretation of statistical methods and results.Partner with teammates to drive quality and increase efficiency in reporting statistical analyses and results through code and document automation.Qualifications:Required Experience/SkillsPh.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics or M.S. in Statistics or Biostatistics.At least two years of statistical consulting experience.Experience with experimental designs and statistical models used for the analysis of environmental, agricultural, and/or industrial data for both continuous and categorical endpoints.Experience with linear- and generalized linear mixed models.Experience with nonlinear models.Ability to solve problems using non-conventional statistical techniques.Proficiency in SAS, including PROC MIXED and/or GLIMMIX. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex quantitative analyses in a clear, precise, and actionable manner Desired Experience/Skills Degree or coursework in an IT-related field (e.g., computer science)Degree or coursework in an agricultural-related field (e.g., agronomy, ecology)Experience with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standardsApply for this job.
