We currently have a Stockroom Supply Supervisor position available at our facility in Pasco, WA.
SUMMARYThe position supervises, directs, and coordinates activities in supply and receiving, in a cost effective manner, with inventory control of parts and materials for preventative, routine and emergency repair of equipment essential to the operation of all production lines and plant facilities. RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.Oversee and coordinate all stockroom activities, including but not limited to: receiving, storage and shipping; inventory control; issuing of stockroom inventory by automated inventory control; materials quality control; obsolete inventory management; management and evaluation of stockroom personnel; part reconciliation.Provide training to users on the purchasing/inventory systems, troubleshoot problems, and help set up user accounts; ensure written instructions exist and are utilized detailing purchasing procedures.Yearly fiscal inventory; on call evenings weekends and holidays to assist in emergencies; oversee stockroom employees and deal with personnel issues.Communicate on a regular basis with division and corporate locations.Generate required reports on a daily, monthly, yearly basis. I addition, assists by coordinating received not vouchered RNV resolution.Develop strong customer relationships through close communication and personal contact with the goal of meeting or exceeding company requirements.Supervise the stockroom personnel in a cost effective manner by directing and monitoring the store system and inventory to assure availability of parts and materials to reduce plant downtime. Manage parts kits and control stock inventories to include expediting parts and materials, identify obsolete parts and return to vendors.REQUIREMENTSAssociates Degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Two plus years related experience and/or training. Basic knowledge or parts and materials. Adheres to all standards, policies and systems as appropriate.
