The colleague will be responsible for working export customer service to set up the ship schedule. The colleague will direct the use of manpower to insure the ship schedule is met. In addition, the colleague will help with the processing and handling of inbound as well as outbound materials for Lincoln Operations including receiving, shipping, material movements, sampling, and documentation. The colleague must be team orientated and able to work under limited supervision in a dynamic environment. Position ResponsibilitiesWork with Customer service colleagues to set and maintain the shipping schedule. Direct the daily work of 4-5 colleagues on the floor. Insure all SAP tansactions are complete, including but limited to Flex, ZPMON, and the entire OB shipping process in SAP. Pull orders from the warehouse to supply manufacturing with returned finished goods. Warehousing. Pull orders from the warehouse to supply distribution with finished goods. Pull orders from the warehouse to supply international customers. Receive and put away finished goods from building 1. Sampling Work with outside vendors including but not limited to LTL truckers, full truck load carriers, and supply vendors. Order supplies using the Ariba system. Using SAP to complete all required transactions. Need to be flexible in order to meet required schedules which will include overtime and weekend work. Help write and update SOPs. Assist with updates to the Zoetis Quality Standards. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to drive several different types of MHE, including but not limited to Turret trucks, sit down lifts, Stand up lifts, and power jacks. Education and ExperienceHigh School Education or GED required, colleague education preferred. Technical Skills and CompetenciesMHE experience preferred includes operation of sit down lifts, pallet jacks, stand up lifts, and turret truck operation. Familiar with basic SAP functions Familiar with the use of email Truck Driving experience Physical Position RequirementsPosition requires extended periods of standing and repetitive lifting.
